How to get a voice note summary

Use summaries in your team workflow
For a staff update, copy the main points into the relevant project record and assign any confirmed task in your existing system. For a client note, check the transcript before replying with a commitment. For your own ideas, use the summary to find the useful next step without replaying the whole recording.
Keep the original voice note available while a decision is being made. A short summary cannot preserve every qualification, emotion or exception. If you need a quotation, go back to the audio and transcript.
